THIS AGREEMENT is made effective as of the date of the last signature below (the “Effective Date”) by and between the CLIENT and the LAW FIRM.

WHEREAS, the LAW FIRM is a duly licensed and practicing law firm with expertise in civil law;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises contained herein and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows:
I. Legal Services to be Provided
The LAW FIRM agrees to provide legal advice and representation to the CLIENT in civil matters, including but not limited to contract disputes, property disputes, and tort claims.
II. Compensation
